The sound of the cervix..

Yes she has a voice, a big one, a deep one, a primal one.

Our throat and our cervix share an intimate connection. They are quite physically connected via fascia/connective tissue, that runs all the way from the tip of your tongue down to your perineum.

If you are clenching your jaw whether you are aware of this or not your pelvis will respond to this by also contracting and tightening with the pelvic floor and perineal muscles becoming shorter and thicker.

IF we do NOT feel SAFE to express the FULL spectrum of ourselves, our voice, our vibration, if we fail to open our throat, then our womb simply will not open to her fullest potential.

To encourage the softening, ripening and opening of the cervix during love making and child bearing we MUST soften through our jaw, relaxing our tongues and opening our throats to allow this powerful primal energy to move through us.

If you have ever experienced labor and birth, it is likely that at some point in the depth of discomfort you made sound, sounds you may have never heard yourself make before, for some it is the deepest rumbling roar, or a long drawn out moan. The sounds that we make when we are in deep surrender to the flow of energy that is moving through our being, whether it be the surging and opening of the cervix during labour and birth, a deep cervical orgasm or the depths of grief and pain, sacred rage or suffering, all of these sounds have purpose.

To make sound is to express.

To express is to feel

To feel is to allow energy to move freely through our entire being

To allow is to be open

To be open is to receive

To receive love

To receive guidance

To tune into and receive from source energy, an infinite network of intelligence and deep knowing

To unlock the ancient primordial wisdom that lay within the cellular memory of your body.

When we allow these deep Low frequency tones to move through us something magical happens, the vibrations created in our voice box stimulate the release of endorphins which naturally ease discomfort, not only does this allow us to transmute our pain into power, but can offer opportunities to experience heightened states of consciousness and reach all new peaks of pleasure.

Words brought forth on day 12 of my cycle.
